Phase Three – Production Launch
Tool design and manufacture are closely integrated into the product development process to ensure that timing and quality are consistent with product requirements.
Specialist external tooling suppliers are used in conjunction with in-house prototyping and maintenance resources to ensure that we can react quickly to prevent any issue arising during manufacture from threatening production schedules.
Manufacturing processes are reviewed through a PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis); production equipment commissioned and tested and training initiated.
